In 2008, National Workforce opened its doors with a clear mission - connect job seekers and companies in Australia. What we wanted to do wasn’t unique, but our ‘why’ was. From the day we entered the market, we set out to be different. We know that the recruitment industry can be brutal, but we don’t believe it needs to be. Job hunting is about people. Our paperless offices initiative is one of the ways we are reducing our environmental footprint. Across all our offices, paper usage has been reduced by over 70% in 2 years and we remain focussed on finding ways that technology can reduce our paper use even further.
